Migraines - Bowen Therapy can be used to address this condition.  Migraines – with its severe headaches, flashing lights, lack of balance and feeling of  nausea  are something that I personally experienced when I was 14-15. Fortunately in my case, the condition subsided after a couple of years and has not returned, however, for many people migraines are something they to contend with on a regular basis.

The Bowen Technique has been shown, in many cases, to help reduce the intensity and/or frequency of such  migraine attacks – see the following link to a study of   39 migraine sufferers of which 79% reported a beneficial effect.  More Comprehensive details of the test can be found on the Bowen Migrains study report at:- http://www.bowenmigraineresearch.co.uk/

There are a couple of migraine support sites –
http://www.migrainetrust.org/
http://www.migraine.org.uk/

I  have also compiled a word document of articles appearing In ‘Natural Health’ and other  complementary publications – I would be happy to forward a copy to anyone interested in the subject.
