Reasons to try Bowen
1) Relaxing
Almost all clients find the Bowen Technique very relaxing. It is not uncommon for clients to relax to the point of almost falling asleep during the 2 minute breaks -where I leave the room to allow the body to absorb the Bowen 'moves' (see Frequent Question No 3 regarding 'pauses during a session')
The environment that Bowen is performed in should be comfortable, safe and warm. Heavy towels are normally draped over the client which enhances the feeling of security as well as comfort.
The degree of relaxation achieved is difficult to describe and really has to be experienced to be fully appreciated
