3) Simple to Receive
Bowen is comparatively simple to both  administer and to receive.  All the client has to do, is lie on a couch (normally) or sit in a chair, and try to relax as much as possible.  The Bowen  procedures themselves will induce a feeling of relaxation in any event.  
A Bowen session is a chance for a client to have a relaxing experience - something people don't normally schedule into their busy daily lives.


No real effort is required from the client either during or after the session - except for trying to remember to consume regular glasses of water and where possible, take some gentle exercise (walking is ideal) in the week following the treatment.  And of course, look forward to their next session of treatment
