I have had a worsening pain in my left knee due to osteo arthritis having already had a right knee replacement but due to the current Covid situation I am very reluctant to have an operation at this period in time to alleviate the problem. We recently met up  with friends whom we only see occasionally and they noticed how badly I was walking and  they had acquaintances who had experienced Bowen with two different therapists and Stephen Ludbrook was recommended for me as being the most suitable with “Distance Bowen”  and the results that he has achieved. I subsequently contacted Stephen and we had a “Zoom” meeting during which he noted my details including any current health problems. It took 3 X 30 minute sessions to achieve a result but I have to say that currently my right knee is virtually pain free and life is much more tolerable now.
